Started as a small family business building software for two-way radio dealerships. When the City of Tampa and Marin County asked if we could help manage their mission-critical equipment, we said yes — and never looked back.
Went all-in on public safety. Built the first asset management platform to integrate directly with radio systems — a capability no competitor has matched since.
Launched Motiondeck — a modern web-based platform that brought MCM’s mission-critical depth into a lighter, more accessible footprint for agencies of every size.
